| Residential Nonresidential | STAR day services provides education, support and opportunities for enhancing life skills and community integration. Program Supports and Services The STAR Day Services program provides intensive mental health treatment to individuals through group and individual psychotherapy, psycho-educational groups, psychiatric consultation and medication management. STAR Day Services provides supports for individuals who have diagnosed with serious mental illnesses or developmental disabilities and have a history of problem sexual behavior. The program is designed to help the individual live safe and satisfying lives. Staff includes a psychiatrist and mental health professionals with expertise in drug and alcohol rehabilitation, creative arts therapy, and group therapy, as well as problem sexual behavior. Topics addressed include anger management, sexuality, self-esteem, relapse prevention, and drug and alcohol issues. The program operates Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and accepts private payment and approved insurance plans, including Medicaid. For more information or to make a referral contact:
